Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a non-communicable disease with a high incidence in various countries, including Indonesia. Poor levels of sugar control are the cause of complications of diabetes mellitus. Diabetes knowledge is one of the keys to assist in controlling blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus patients. Objective: This research assesses the associations between diabetes knowledge and glycemic control among diabetes mellitus patients in Garut District, Indonesia. Methode: The research method was designed using a cross-sectional with a number of sample 54 responded. data take with structured self-report interviews based on validated instruments for assessing diabetes knowledge and observation sheet to monitor blood sugar levels to assess glycemic control. The diabetes knowledge instrument contains questions about the concept of diabetes and management of diabetes in general. Glycemic control was measured by the value of blood sugar once a week for 4 weeks. Chi-Square statistical test was used to analyze the data. Results: The research findings that 19 respondents had good knowledge and controlled blood sugar levels. 35 respondents with insufficient knowledge where 31 respondents had uncontrolled blood sugar levels and 4 respondents had controlled blood sugar levels. Chi-Square test finds a significant probability (p= 0.000), there was a relationship between diabetes knowledge and Glycemic control. Conclusion: Diabetes knowledge is the important factors associated with glycemic control. Education for patients diabetes mellitus are suggested to improve control glycemic diabetes patient.

The National Seismic Code of Armenia was in force since 1994. It contained some provisions regarding the seismic isolation of buildings. However, they were not sufficiently detailed, and this caused barriers for further development of seismic isolation systems in Armenia. Elaboration of a separate chapter dedicated to the seismic isolation of buildings was needed. It was only in 2004 that the works on revision and preparation of the new edition of the National Seismic Code started. This became a good opportunity for addressing the issue again. Moreover, the extensive implementation of seismic isolation technologies especially by the private companies provided a good basis for the inclusion of a separate chapter on seismic isolation of buildings in the mentioned new edition of the Code. The proposal was finally accepted by the RA Ministry of Urban Development and for the first time in the history of development of Seismic Codes in Armenia a Chapter 10 “Seismic isolation of buildings and structures” was included in the Armenian National Seismic Code RABC II-6.02-2006 [1] and was adopted by the Government of Armenia in 2006. The main provisions of this Chapter 10, which consisted of five parts, were described by the author earlier in [2]. Later, when the “Map of Seismic Zonation of the RA Territory” was revised, there was a need to also revise the mentioned Code in force including the Chapter 10. This work started in 2019. The author of this paper is the co-author of the revised Code as a whole. However, together with participating in writing of several parts of the Code he, particularly, prepared the latest edition of the Chapter X named “Buildings and Structures with Base isolation Systems”. The works on the revised Code were accomplished in 2020.

One of the problems in Indonesia is cleanliness and waste management. Waste that is not correctly treated will lead to ozone pollution and become one of the factors causing climate change. This study aims at designing a system for the management of village cleanliness. This research uses qualitative methods of discovery and action study performed in Banyuwangi. Data collection is done through interviews and in-depth observation. Data analysis is done in order to produce system specifications to be created. The Eco Green Rural design, a village hygiene control device, is the outcome of this research. The contribution of this research is to allow the community to forecast the effects of climate change in terms of waste management and village cleanliness control and to encourage Smart Kampung and village movements based on technology for the government.

And both of them were well utilized in geological studies in Republic of Korea. The present researchers measured Global positioning system (GPS) values on the spots near 7-8 Kyotchon-dong Yuseong-gu Daejeon in Republic of Korea. They used a cell phone of Android series, took global positioning system (GPS) values. In order to know the result, the present researchers tried to compare the shape of the curve, and the researchers found the similar cone on both the map systems.
