This study aims to analyze the role of organizational friendship in enhancing organizational loyalty in the Iraqi education sector. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where data were collected from 372 individuals working in leadership positions within the sector, using a questionnaire designed according to the five-point Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs to test the hypotheses and determine the relationship between the study variables. The results of the analysis showed that organizational friendship has a positive impact on organizational loyalty, as the estimate value reached 0.62, indicating a medium to strong impact. Based on these results, the study recommends adopting policies that enhance a cooperative work environment, such as enhancing organizational trust through transparent policies, and encouraging open communication channels between employees and management. These strategies contribute to increasing organizational loyalty and achieving a more stable and productive work environment.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of Japanese language teaching management at Thang Long DIH Resource Development Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City branch. To achieve this purpose, based on theoretical issues, this study surveyed 97 people who are managers, teachers, and students at Thang Long DIH Resource Development Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City branch. The survey results show that there are many factors related to Japanese language teaching management at Thang Long DIH Resource Development Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City branch such as: Developing teaching plans, organizing teaching activities, directing teaching activities, checking and supervising teaching activities. The survey results show that there are still many shortcomings in the management of Japanese teaching activities at Thang Long DIH Company. Based on the survey results and correct assessment of the current situation, this study recommends solutions to improve the quality of management of Japanese teaching activities at Thang Long DIH Resource Development Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City branch.

The purpose of this study is to explore and identify the contents of music teaching management in primary schools in Binh Thanh district, Ho Chi Minh City according to the 2018 General Education Program. This study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to achieve this purpose. Based on the analysis of theoretical issues, this study conducted a survey of 90 people, including 30 managers, the remaining 60 were professional group leaders, some homeroom teachers who had concurrently taught music and specialized music teachers of 9 primary schools in Binh Thanh district. The survey results show that the management of music teaching activities in primary schools in Binh Thanh district, Ho Chi Minh City according to the 2018 General Education Program still has many shortcomings in terms of objectives, content, methods, testing and evaluation, and conditions for teaching activities. Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation, this study proposes solutions to contribute to improving the quality of music teaching, innovating in the direction of promoting students’ positivity and bringing high efficiency in teaching towards promoting the capacity and qualities of primary school students.

There is no doubt that measuring customer satisfaction is one of the main factors for the success and continuity of organizations in the market. Iraq and its private banking institutions have made great strides in the field of services and customer satisfaction, and they seek to reduce time and speed of completion to provide better services to improve the reputation of the institution and its survival and continuity, This study aimed at investigating the relationship between customer satisfaction and Digital Queues through improving banking service. The study was implemented in the Trade Bank of Iraq - Basra Branch, and the study sample was (118) of the bank's customers, who were randomly selected. Statistical methods were used from descriptive statistics and proving the hypothesis by simple regression, and the results were reached that the device used in the bank that controlled the digital queues for services for customers was a complete achievement of the smoothness of the service process, reduced waiting to distribute service outlets, with excellent and correct performance by employees. The research recommends the necessity of using modern technical devices in the field of organizing digital queues, which contributes to raising the use of information technology and its multiple devices and technologies, helping to achieve speed in completing tasks, as the digital culture of the institution shows its adaptation to the digital environment inside and outside Iraq.

The growing popularity of Islamic banking is occurring swiftly across many countries worldwide. The goal of this study is to assess customer learning and choosing of Islamic banking system in Bangladesh. This study investigates the extent of customer engagement regarding the products provided by Islamic banks in order to evaluate their popularity. This study is correlational in nature. This study is based on both primary and secondary data. We obtained primary data from customers of several Islamic bank branches using purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling approach. We distributed formal, structured questionnaires to the clients of these branches, taking into account demographic factors such as gender differences, marital status, and religion in Bangladesh. We extracted the secondary data from various theoretical reviews, which included papers, academic journals, and books. We examined the data using SPSS to test a number of distinct hypotheses. The chi-square test serves as the data analysis tool in these studies. The analysis revealed that choosing Islamic banking services is not significantly influenced by general education but rather by Islamic education and knowledge about Islamic banking. The produced findings can inform policy decisions for academicians, researchers, and practitioners.

This study aimed to determine the impact of strategic thinking patterns on organizational conflict levels at Thi Qar University and its impact on job satisfaction. The study was conducted on a sample of leaders in several colleges at Thi Qar University. The questionnaire was a primary tool for collecting data and information about the study sample. One hundred nineteen questionnaires were distributed, 10 questionnaires were not returned, and (6) questionnaires were not valid for analysis. The total number of questionnaires that could be analyzed was 103. The hypotheses were tested using the (SPSS V.20) and (PLS SMART) programs. The method adopted by the thesis was the descriptive-analytical method. A group of colleges were selected at Thi Qar University, represented by (College of Medicine, College of Administration and Economics, College of Education for Humanities, College of Education for Pure Sciences, College of Arts, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Science, College of Computer Science and Mathematics, College of Agriculture, College of Law, College of Islamic Sciences, College of Media, College of Effects, College of Nursing, Presidency of Thi Qar University).

The research aimed to investigate the impact of macroeconomic variables (exchange rate, interest rate, inflation, money supply) on the performance of the Iraqi Stock Exchange represented by the general market index, using the (ARDL) model. The study concluded that the performance of the Iraqi Stock Exchange witnessed fluctuations, due to the instability of the macro variables, and according to the (ARDL) model, in the short term, interest rates (I) and money supply (M) were negative in their impact on the market index (ISX), and the exchange rate (E) and inflation (N) had a positive role in the market. In the long term, the exchange rate (E), inflation (N), and money supply (M) had a positive role in the market. Among the recommendations is that interest rates should be given attention because they are a major variable in influencing financial markets, and this is what most economic schools have reached. When increasing the money supply, the size of investment in the financial markets must be taken into account, meaning that the increase must be directed towards investment and not just consumption.
