The purpose of a Socratic way is to stimulate critical thinking. Students are provided with unpredictable patient scenarios that change constantly during play. The instructor helps facilitate play by encouraging questions throughout the game. Discussion after answering the questions and even adding questions by the instructor and/or students is encouraged for a richer experience when valuable “teaching moments” present themselves. Students will participate by answering questions and thinking through situations. The instructor may wish to allow students the option of using books, smart phones, or other resources to help answer the questions. This game implements all facets of the nursing process: assessment, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation. There are heart and lung sounds for audio learners, role playing for hands on learners, and photographs for visual learners.

The quality of health services is the degree of perfection of health services in accordance with professional standards and service standards using the potential resources available in hospitals or health centers in a reasonable, efficient, and effective manner. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality between perceptions and expectations on the quality of post-accreditation outpatient health care services in sulewana puskesmas (Community Health Center) Poso Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were 25 health workers who provided health services in the outpatient unit of the sulewana puskesmas and all outpatients who came to visit the puskesmas of Sulewana were 6,526 in 2019. The sampling technique was done by accidental sampling. Data were collected through direct interviews using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariate. The results showed that there was an influence of physical evidence (p = 0.003), reliability (p = 0.004), and collateral (p = 0.022) on the quality of post-accreditation outpatient health services in the sulewana health center in Poso Regency. It is expected that the health workers so that the procedure for admitting outpatients in the administration section of the Puskesmas Sulewana, Poso Regency will not be complicated (fast) and to further improve the quality of health services towards plenary accreditation, by further improving the quality of the tangibles dimension which impacts on chapter II, dimensions The reliability of impact in chapter I, and the assurance dimension impact on chapter III of the puskesmas accreditation standards.

Nursing is a healthcare profession which encompasses the care of patients in different settings. One of these settings is the radiology department. A radiology nurse cares for patients undergoing imaging examinations and treatment. Currently, 15 radiology nurses are working in Zambia against a population of 17 million. The radiology department is a complex environment that allows radiology nurses to work within a larger term of imaging professionals and a range of imaging equipment and patients. A radiology nurse integrates the knowledge and skills of nursing with that of imaging to ensure optimal and safe care of patients. This highlights the specialist nature of this role. However, nurses have little exposure to this speciality and nursing students are rarely attached to the radiology department during their clinical placements. This has kept radiology nursing a little-known and not an obvious specialisation option for nurses in Zambia. Therefore, this article aims to review and discuss the role of a radiology nurse in imaging examinations as well as the opportunities and challenges for developing this nursing speciality in Zambia. It is anticipated that this article will bring awareness about radiology nursing within the nursing profession and the need to develop this important speciality.

Heavy metal pollution is a serious challenge because of its bioaccumulation capabilities in the food chain. Cadmium (Cd) and chromium (Cr) are unsupported which are not needed by all residents, this requires a lot of money. human. This study uses ARKL studio which is used to determine the level of health risks from the consumption of shellfish containing heavy metals Cd and Cr in the Jeneponto Coastal community. Samples were taken in two villages namely Mallasoro Village, Bangkala District, and Bonto Ujung Village, Tarowang Sub-District, Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Air samples are taken, sediments and shellfish are taken directly from the area. Analysis of heavy metal concentrations (Cd and Cr) in air, sediments and shells was carried out with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Average concentrations of Cd and Cr in the sample as follows Cd Water (0.048mg / L); Cr Water (0.374 mg / L); Sediment CD (2,054 mg / kg); Cr Sediment (12.69 mg / kg); CD shells (1,236mg / kg); Cr shells (2,861mg / kg). The results showed the intake of Cr; 2,8611 mg / kg and Cd; 0.007 mg / kg / day, Analysis of the level of risk to get RQ> 1. (Risk Qotient) with an average CD; 13.509 and Cr; 5.212 which means "high risk". The high health risk obtained from the accumulation of Cd and Cr indicates that shellfish are no longer safe for consumption. The recommendation obtained from this study is about the consumption of shellfish by the people around the Jeneponto Coastal Coast. High levels of heavy metals in sediment media that show shells have accumulated to the bottom of the coastline so that environmental quality is needed. Health risk assessments that have been carried out indicate that marine and shellfish products on the coast have exceeded safe limits.

In line with the fundamental responsibilities of a nurse to promote health, prevent illness, restore health and to alleviate suffering, advanced practice nursing roles are developing globally to provide expert nursing care at an advanced level of practice though these are not without challenges to the practice. In Nigeria, advanced practice nursing is still evolving and for the practice to be effectively and successfully adopted, the many challenges and limitations to nursing practice in the country need to be identified and solutions proffered. This paper seeks to explain the concept of Advanced Nursing practice, the global practice taking into cognizance the challenges/barriers to the practice and the strategies adopted to overcome these barriers. Also the challenges to the practice in Nigeria will also be discussed and possible ways forward recommended.
