Since the 1980s, along with the reform of the rural household contract responsibility system as the main propulsion and the start of the economic system reform, towns in rural area of light years of surplus labor began to flow to the town, from the Midwest economically underdeveloped areas flow phase. In terms of gender, the floating population is mainly composed of male rather than female. The rural population flowing into cities is dominated by males (both unmarried and married) and unmarried women, while married women mostly remain in rural families. In the essay, the married women who go to cities to work or do business and stay in the countryside are called left-behind women.

In order to respond well to urgent needs in the current globalization context, the Government of Vietnam has been paying special attention to the education and training sector of the country. Many education and training policies and policies have been introduced in order to comprehensively innovate and improve the quality of this high-quality human resource training. Especially, improving the quality of English teaching and learning at training institutions, in which specialized English plays an important role. This study specifies the rationale for teaching and learning specialized English and specialized English teaching activities at Vietnamese training institutions, from there apply to teach at the University of Transport and Communications in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC.HCMC).

In order to understand the effect of role-playing on enhancing student’s ill-structured problem-solving ability, the study interprets the application of role-paying in education and explains the significance and importance of ill-structured problems in terms of student learning. In addition, the study briefly introduced the procedures of the experiment. The preliminary results and conclusion are also provided for references.

Officially connecting to the global Internet since 1997, after more than 20 years, the development of the Internet in Vietnam has made an important contribution to the economic, cultural, and social development of the country. By 2019, the percentage of the population using the Internet in Vietnam is more than 67%, of which a large part are teenagers, and students. From the degradation of the current internet culture, especially the behavioral culture, it requires the cooperation of the entire political system, social organizations, of each person towards building a network culture environment really healthy. This study focuses on analyzing the behavior of students on social networks, the impact of such behaviors on students' culture of behavior, from which proposing solutions to promote the positive side and limit the negative side of social networking behaviors to the current student behavioral culture.

The development of higher education in Vietnam in the period of accelerating industrialization, modernization, and deeper integration into the world economy is of great concern to the whole society. Policies and policies to socialize public services, including educational services, have been promulgated by the Party and the State since the "Innovation" (1986), especially the autonomy regulation awarded to a number of universities since 2005 aims to facilitate the development of higher education service delivery. However, up to now the higher education system in Vietnam is still developing at a low level, slowly being improved. The article mentions higher education services, overview policies, the current situation of higher education service delivery in Vietnam, and gives some recommendations.

Administrative handling activities involve more than 25 groups of subjects with sanctioning competence in more than 56 different fields of state management [1]. Administrative violations have violated the State's administrative order and management, affecting the situation of social security and safety. Therefore, the handling of administrative violations has a very important meaning in state management activities in order to maintain administrative order and discipline in the socio-economic life, which is the basis to ensure social justice and strengthen the socialist legislation. However, in recent years, the handling of administrative law violations has faced some difficulties. On the basis of a contrasting comparison of a number of provisions in sanctions and violations, the study has pointed out the limitations in the implementation process from which proposing solutions to perfect the handling law administrative violations in Vietnam.

Malaria is a third leading killer in Kenya and number one cause of morbidity and mortality in Kisumu East Sub-County (KESC) among under-fives. Study assessed levels of malaria awareness and knowledge on signs and symptoms among mothers. This was a cross sectional survey with 384 mothers, 2 health providers and 4 chiefs responders. KESC was purposively selected, 4 locations randomly sampled and mothers enrolled into the study by snowball sampling. Data was collected by Semi-structured questionnaires and Interview guides. Analysis was by descriptive and inferential statistics with significance level set at 0.05. From the results, approximately 383(99%) mothers knew mosquitoes transmit malaria, 378(98%) knew mosquitoes infected by malaria parasites cause the disease while 300(78%) knew mosquitoes breed in stagnant waters or swampy places. Hypothesis findings (p=0.023). Moreover, up to 99% of them knew malaria signs and symptoms. Further, 380(100%) recognized vomiting, 378(99%) said fever, 374(98%) knew appetite loss and 102(27%) headache as malaria signs in children. Similarly, 378(99%) knew inability to eat, drink or breast feed, 378(99%) recognized high body temperature, 268(71%) convulsion while 254(64%) mentioned vomiting as severe malaria signs in children. Additionally, 357(93%) mentioned headache, 339(88%) said fever, 333(87%) loss of appetite and 283(74%) joint pain, backache and body weakness as signs in pregnancy. Hypothesis showed, (p=0.039). Based on the results, it is concluded that most mothers knew malaria related information including signs and symptoms despite misconceptions. Therefore, there should be continuous health education through Radio stations, television and us of mobile telephony. There was also significant associations between levels of malaria awareness, signs and symptoms and malaria prevention.

When Pope John Paul II visited Kenya in 1995 to launch Ecclesia in Africa, he reiterated the resolve of the gathering to implement a family Church. The communities, according to this papal teaching, should be those that pray and listen to God’s word, encourage the members themselves to take up responsibilities, learn to live like Christ and reflect human problems in the light of the Gospel. The study evaluated the presence of males in small Christian communities in Tenden Sub-Parish, Kapcherop Parish, Diocese of Eldoret, Kenya. The study adopted a descriptive approach. It used purposive and stratified sampling to identify 12 key informants, comprising priests, Deacons, Seminarians, and SCC leaders. The study employed questionnaires and interviews to collect data. Secondary data was generated from various libraries. Generally, there is low male participation in SCCs. The main reason given was the perception that SCCs tended to subvert the traditional dominant role of males in the Marakwet society. Therefore, SCCs need to undertake awareness on the church-intended roles of SCCs.

The church as an organisation should be the light of the world. Being the light means that the church will be example for the world in the way to act as an organization, react and do things for others to follow. One area where the church needs to be the light is in the area of being stewards of the environment God has given to man. The earth is the Lord’s (Psalm 24:1) and other scriptural passage has been used severally in the church to pray in claiming blessings from God. It is high time that the same passage be used to motivate members of the church to keep, nurture and protect the environment from decay and destruction. The various curriculum materials of the church have emphasized the issue of stewardship, churches also observe stewardship week with so much emphasis on money and giving. However, the issue of environmental stewardship has not been given prominence. It is high time that churches gave attention to stewardship of the environment and also teach members how to be good stewards of the environment that God has given to them. Some of the ways by which the church can enhance environmental stewardship among members of the church are by creating awareness among church members, teaching environmental stewardship, inclusion of environmental stewardship in the church curriculum, mobilizing church members for environmental care etc. when the church takes the responsibility of keeping the environment in the front burner, members will also see the importance on their lives, health and the environment and live it for others to see and emulate.

In recent years, the private economic sector in Vietnam has grown in quantity and quality, playing an increasingly important role in a socialist-oriented market economy, contributing to effective socio-economic issues of the country. The private economy has made an important contribution to the gross domestic product, and has continuously increased over the years, specifically increasing from VND 371 trillion in 2005 to VND 2 trillion in 2018 [1]. The GDP contribution rate of the private sector in the 2005-2018 period reached from 40% - 45%, a higher level of contribution than both the state economic sector and the foreign-invested economic sector. However, this economic sector still has certain barriers in the development process. This study focuses on analyzing the difficulties and limitations and proposing solutions to develop the private economic sector in the coming time.

Here in this article, there appears a diary of Mamma, even though it is not shown on the content of Tcheonzamun, the Thousand Character Essay. Because one of present researchers is the mamma, the mother of 5 children. In this article about the translation of Tcheonzamun, there were several troubles in relations between the husband and the wife. The researchers have interpreted the poem with the two methods; through Korean language pronunciation and through the meaning of Chinese character. This poem is consisted of 16 letters from 929th - 944th of Tcheonzamun. The meaning through the two interpretations is similar, but somewhat different. The meaning through the Korean pronunciation is more impressive than that on Chinese character. From the translation of this poem, it is known that some common words from the husband make his wife deeply desperate. And it is for the husband absolutely necessary to keep well with his wife that is in order to succeed his life.

In recent years, there has been a pressing need for high-quality teachers in schools. Therefore, greater attention must be paid to all those factors that ensure the highest quality of teacher preparation. Teachers have a critical role to play in our skill-based and technologically enhanced economy where academic underperformers are perceived to be left behind. There is a growing understanding that the surest path to better schools is better teachers, yet when we look around, we find that ensuring high teaching quality is a global challenge. The main goal of Accreditation is to verify that all students are competent teachers and capable. This comparative study reviews the teacher education accreditation processes of four different countries (Scotland, USA, Australia, and Pakistan) and identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each model in their respective contexts.

The process of globalisation brings a huge impact around the world in the field of education. The third world countries are on the verge of making an influential change in their education system. The neoliberal structure being practiced at the present time is also enforcing the restructuring of education system in Pakistan. These changes seem to be shaping notions regarding the policies in education system of Pakistan. The educational polices will be reviewed along with the educational reforms in this paper and critically analysed which show that how curriculum and assessment are under influence of international performance measurement system. The basis of this study is to identify, analyse and evaluate the key drivers of these educational policies in Pakistan and what impact do they bring in the system. The paper also considers the fundamental concept of curriculum given by Dewey which gives a pretty clear idea that Pakistan needs immediate and good educational reforms that need to be implemented. Emphasis will be laid upon that Pakistan to compete in the global economy, needs an effective education system that can sustain and bring changes in the curriculum and assessment accordingly.

This paper is a hymnological analysis and interpretation of the Hymn “For The Beauty of the Earth” to reveal the love, providence, greatness and awesomeness of God the creator of the universe. It attempts to explore the mind of the lyricist as implied through the hymn text descriptively and theologically to up come with some attributes of God as revealed through creation. This was done through a historical survey of the life of the author, background to the hymn, poetic and hymn text interpretation from which the researcher drew out the author’s opinions about God and implications including reasons why humans should respond in gratitude and praise to the kindness of God and in deeds of love to mankind, animals and responsible use and management of the earth.
