The researchers thought that a poem is composed of 16 letters of Tcheonzamun(The thousand character essay). The researchers selected the 16 letters, 486st-496th of Tcheonzamun. And the researchers translated the poem through the meaning of Chinese characters. The researchers carried out the translating work with the Korean pronunciation. But this time, the researchers did not use the method. Instead, they compared the traditional translation of Tcheonzamun with the present work of translation. On the traditional translation though there is some relation between the 8 letters, but there is not any connection on the 16 letters. Therefore the present researchers tried to find the meaning of the poem. a) On what method, can the guiding person become the strong one? b) The method for protecting one’s own home or one’s own country is not only by the power but also by the studying. c) But what is the real and meaningful study in our life? d) The real meaning of studying is to become a person comfortable to others. e) In order to become such a favorable condition, above all, the couple of wife and husband become to have a good relation between them.

It is well known that Chinese characters are common base of the East Asian people. The present researchers investigated the translation of Tcheonzamun (Thousand character essay) poem, and they studied the analyses of Chinese characters. And the researchers became to know that the method of using Korean pronunciation is good for both Tcheonzamun analyses and translation of Chinese characters. The researchers chose Chinese characters by random and named them from 0076 to 0085. The present researchers continued to study the meaning of the Chinese characters through the pronunciation of several parts of the letter. And the researchers analyzed the Chinese characters and tried to assemble the separated parts in several ways. The researchers assembled these parts through the sound of separated parts or though the meaning of the separated parts. For example, on 0076, Zi(知) = Hwasal(矢) hana(一) gam(Ü); Hwasal(矢) and hana(一) are through the meaning of the parts, while gam(Ü) is the sound of the separated part. The letter of 0079 Hyo(孝): "You might be disappointed with the unfaithful attitude of your children!" Hyo(孝) = Sib(十) sib(十) za(子); Sib sib za →Seob seob zi!; 섭섭지!(You are disappointed!) (The original meaning).

After analyzing various studies, we can conclude that the elements characterizing an effective school unit are leadership, teachers, and communication among school unit members, the climate of a school unit, school culture, the logistical infrastructure, the school's relationship with the local community, and the administrative system of the educational institution. The ultimate goal of this research is to detect the current organization and administration situation of secondary education units. In particular, to examine the concept of education, the school role and the concept of effective school, to identify the existing model of administration of the educational system, the organization and administration models of the school unit in which the respondents work, and furthermore the school culture level. The method adopted for the study is the classified cluster sampling method. According to this method, clusters are initially defined, which in this case are Secondary School Units. The clusters are then classified according to their characteristics, which in this case was the geographical feature: they all belonged to the North Aegean Region. In this context, 312 questionnaires were sent to all 104 secondary schools of the North Aegean (Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Ikaria, Limnos, Fourni, Oinousses, Psara, Agios Efstratios). Out of the 312, 148 were returned completed. This means a 47.44% response rate. According to the survey results, the overwhelming majority of secondary schools in the North Aegean Region does not have a secretary at the school, and the principal already has several responsibilities, while the big problem is the centralized and bureaucratic nature of the administrative organization model of the educational system, but also of the administration and organization of the school units. The nature of this model makes it incomplete, time-consuming, perfunctory, irrational, inadequate and ineffective, which means that principals and teachers do not have the flexibility to take initiatives that will improve the quality of education and teaching at the school unit they serve according to the needs of students and the local community, and based on the school's connection to the wider society and the changes that are taking place in its environment. Moreover, it was emphasized that this model, in addition to making school units more difficult to operate, also results in a misallocation of staff and consequently increased costs.

The present researchers tried to find this article about Tcheonzamun (The thousand character essay), and they used the 16 letters from 945th to 960th characters. “At last the Maeg wife would be happy”, because her husband might make her to tell him from the smallest thing even up to the greatest thing in her mind. This is the theme of the third line (953rd-956th) of this poem. And this is the very thing which the Maeg wife desperately wanted to obtain from her husband. This is the conclusion of this poem of Tcheonzamun.

Baghdad was a model for this study; so the research describes the city during it streets, weather and external roads with travel to Jeldiya and pagma started from Baghdad city to Tikrit then to Mosul.

This poem is brought from Tcheonzamun (The Thousand Character Essay), and it seems to be written by woman writer. The researchers utilized 16 letters from 833rd to 848th characters in order to translate the poem. At first it is the translation through the meaning of Chinese character. The next is the interpret of Tcheonzamun poem through the modified Korean pronunciation of Chinese character. The theme is "I desire that my husband is sympathetic to me!" by the Maeg wife more than 2500 years ago.

Climate change is one of the most serious threats to natural resources and livelihoods. Key informant interview (n=3), focus group discussion (n=3) and household survey (n=60) were undertaken to access the impacts of climate change on livelihood, local people's perception of climate change and the local adaptation measures used by the people. Meteorological data from 1981 to 2010 were used to analyze climatic trends. The meteorological data shows annual maximum and minimum temperature is in increasing trend whereas annual rainfall is erratic in nature. The study revealed that the major threats prevailing in the study area were drought, storm, thunder and lightning, pest attack on crops and outbreak of disease. Decreased agricultural production, shortage of water, increased livestock disease and forest fires were the problems faced. Although the majority of people were not aware of the climate change and its adaptation strategies, they have been traditionally practicing adaptation strategies like change in cropping pattern, change in crop varieties, use of more organic fertilizer, supplemental irrigation, rainwater harvesting, improving livestock shed and ponds, removal of invasive species, etc.

Domestic violence is undue acts in the bond of marriage to exercise power and control over the victims’ behaviours. Human’s violation of God’s principles of marriage leads to domestic violence. The wrong views that some individuals carry into marriage are responsible for domestic violence among young couples today. This paper classifies factors that promote domestic violence among couples in Yoruba society into four major categories, namely; socio-cultural, moral, economic and cognitive factors. This paper argues that domestic violence is evident among couples in Yoruba society of Nigeria with devastating effects on the children, couples, society, government and church. The contemporary church as the representative of God on earth is saddled with the responsibility of making known to the world, the divine mandate of marriage. Domestic violence is not morally and socially justifiable. This paper recommends that the church should create more awareness of the protection and empowerment of women in society. Every couple should run away from any practice and worldviews that give room for domestic violence. The perpetrators and victims of domestic violence should be open and objective to the pastoral counselling.

A Nation’s developments rely largely on its social economy status, which is determined by its workplace. There is gradual change in the view of the working population in a given society, whether negatively or positively. Be it as it may, the society uses one or more of its institution to influence its members towards what can make the society work better. Morality seems to be watered down or overlooked in our society now. Lack of morality on the side of Employees has increased corruption in developing nations like Nigeria and seems there is no solution. This study employs descriptive and analytical methods in the discussion and analysis of information. It finds out that morality at workplace is neglected and people even promote their self-interest above those of these of the organization they are working for. It concludes that morality as an area of studies of religion, if emphasized will change character of workers-government and private should emphasize morality to workers to realize optimum working relationship for more productivity.

Solid waste poses one of the greatest challenges facing developed and developing societies alike in its collection, transport and disposal, as it has a direct relationship with population and development. The objective of this research is to put investment theme in the field of recovery of resources and the establishment of industries revolving in the city of Baquba and the development of environmental, health, economic and social aspects of it. The research dealt with three topics, the first of which deals with the theoretical framework in terms of research problem and hypothesis. In Baquba. The third section dealt with a historical overview of solid waste and the definition of solid waste and the types of waste and their own identity and management of solid urban waste and factors affecting solid waste and methods of solid waste treatment put in the cities rate was selected as the model for the management of waste and economic development in the city of Baquba.

The phenomenon of early marriage is common in Indonesia. Early marriage is a marriage with a relatively young age under the age of 16 years. This study aims to analyze the socio-cultural determinants that influence the incidence of early marriage in Baranti Village, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The design of this study was a cross sectional study design with a simple random sampling technique implemented in Kelurahan Baranti, Baranti District. The number of samples are 102 people. Data collection by interview and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square analysis. The results showed that the significance of the incidence of early marriage was belief (p-value = 0.044), family role (p-value = 0.013), and promiscuity (p-value = 0.021). So, it was concluded that there was a relationship between belief, family role, and promiscuity towards the occurrence of early marriage in Baranti Village, Baranti District. Suggestions to the sidenreng rappang regency government to be stricter in applying sanctions for violators of the marriage law in accordance with applicable regulations.

It is well known that Chinese people have been responsible for the Chinese character, but the meaning of Chinese characters themselves is not well understood until now. The present researchers chose by chance the Chinese characters, and counted them into the number of letters from 0051 to 0060. From the parts of Chinese characters the researchers tried to find the appropriate meaning in Korean language of the several parts of the Chinese characters. Through this research of Chinese characters, the researchers have found that the original meaning is more concrete than the presently used meaning. For example, the original meaning of A (我) is “I who am not a special man (woman), but am an ordinary and simple man (woman)"; while it’s present meaning is changed into “I, myself”.

Chinese characters were randomly selected and named as 0061-0075 characters, and they were translated on Korean pronunciation basis. The translation on the pronunciation was ridiculous, and it was sometimes sincere, and sometimes it was full of ill will, and sometimes it is easy to find the Korean pronunciation on the Chinese character. For example, the original meaning of Tchug(祝) is: "It is not easy and is disgusting (Si[示] gu[口] in[兄-口=人] →Sil eun, 싫은) to congratulate a prosperous person". As another example, the original meaning of Bo (寶) is: "It is really better if my child beat other child than if my child were beaten by other child! (myeon[安-女] og[玉] bu[缶] Pae[貝] = Pae bu og myeon →Pae bulgo o myeon, 패불고 오면). As the third example, the original meaning of Su(守) is: "If there is a way in order to protect my home, I can do the difficult and miraculous thing. Even I will pick a hook and with it I will break the falling stone from the heaven! (Galgoli[⌡] Byeolddong[＼] yeol[十] myeon[守-寸] →Galgolilo Byeolddongeul yeol myeon!, 갈고리로 별똥을 열면!)". As the fourth example, the original meaning of Dan (短) is: 'To wither (Si[矢] du (豆) → Si deun, 시든)'. From this research it is easily known that Chinese characters were produced by ancient Korean people. It was the people of Shang, the second country of Old China period.
