The present researchers utilized the 16 Chinese characters in Tcheonzamun (The thousand character essay) from 721st character to 736th character. And its title is ‘the miracle in the world’. This poem was already translated in Korean pronunciation by present researchers [1]. Therefore this is the second translation of 721st-736th poem of Tcheonzamun. This is the present condition of Augustin. If I can keep my anger from the expression, I want to call it ‘the miracle in the world’. And if I can forgive the person, I will call it the great miracle in the world. My Lord Jesus, give me, Augustin, a force to forgive other person whom I do not love, amen!

This study investigated the Teaching methods and acquisition of social skills among primary school pupils in IkotEkpene Local Government Area. Quasi-experimental research design was employed for this study. Population of the study was 2,903 primary one pupils in39 public primary schools. 218 pupils was the sample size selected through multistage sampling technique. The instrument for data collection was modified Pupil’s Social Skills Acquisition Rating Scale (PSSARS).The instrument was validity determined by experts. Cronbach’s Alpha was used to determine the internal consistency of Pupil’s Social Skills Acquisition Rating Scale (PSSARS) which yielded coefficient indices of 0.73. Mean analysis and standard deviation were used to answer the research questions while analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to test the hypotheses. The study revealed that drama and play-way methods of teaching enhance acquisition of pupil’s social skills better than the conventional method of teaching. This showed that participatory learning in form of drama, role play, songs etc. stimulates interests and enhances pupil’s motivation to interact which leads to development of their social skills. Pupils understand concepts and have higher retention when they actively participate in the lesson. It was also concluded from the findings of this study, that pupils will develop proper social skills like friendliness skill, communication skill cooperative skill among others that will make socializing in the society and at large while. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended among others that primary school teachers should adopt drama and play way methods of teaching as effective methods for teaching primary school pupils. Curriculum planners should inculcate drama and play-way methods of teaching in the teaching and learning in primary schools.

This study investigated the influence of politics on the management of primary schools in Uyo Educational Zone. Three research questions and three null hypotheses were postulated to guide the study. Descriptive survey research design was used for this study. The population of the study was 3,411, made up of 3,239 classroom teachers and 172 head teachers. The sample size for the study was 463 respondents, made up of 344 classroom teachers and 119 head teachers selected through simple random sampling technique. The instrument for data collection was the questionnaire titled; Politics and Primary School Management Questionnaire (PPSMQ). Three experts validated the instrument, while Cronbach Alpha statistic was used to compute the reliability coefficient of the instrument, which yielded 0.80. Mean and standard deviation were used to answer the research questions while t-test statistic was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 probability level. The finding showed that there was a significant influence of politics on the management of primary schools in Uyo Educational Zone. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended among others that government should ensure that there are no favouratism in the disbursement of funds to primary schools, as politics was bound to adversely affect the provision of management of funds in primary schools. The government should avoid quota system in the provision of facilities and equipment in schools.

The present researchers translated this Tcheonzamun poem of (273rd-288th) both through the meaning of Chinese character and through the pronunciation of Korean language of Chinese characters. 273-276 Tcheon Lyu Bul Sig 川流不息 Tcheomeul Bulssug! 첨을 불쑥! My husband! When you start to say your words (Tcheomeul) to me, you often use the rude language (Bulssug)! 277-280 Yeon Zing Tchui Yeong 淵澄取映 Nyeonzil Tchiweo! 년질 치워! My husband, please do not say (Tchiweo) to me ‘Yi nyeon, zeo nyeon (Nyeonzil)!’ Saying ‘Yi nyeon, zeo nyeon!’ is the roughest style of the man for the woman. 281-284 Yong Zi YAG SA 容止若思 Yogzil! Eogzi! 욕질! 억지! My husband, you often say to me abusive languages (Yogzil!), and sometimes you do the matter by force (Eogzi!) 285-288 Eon SA an Zeong 言辭安定 Ansseo! Anzoha! 안써! 안좋아! My husband, you must not use the rude language! (Ansseo!) It is not good for two of us! (Anzoha!). The present researchers assume that ancient Korean people (the descendants of Shang dynasty in old China) made this Tcheonzamun with Chinese characters on the basis of Korean language pronunciation.

The study investigated effect of cognitive engagement games on academic performance of pupils with hearing impairment in mathematics in primary schools in Imo State. Quasi experiment of nonrandomized pretest posttest design was adopted for the study. Three research objectives, and hypotheses were formulated which guided the study. The research utilized two experimental groups; cognitive engagement card game and cognitive engagement macula board-seed game, a control group while the sample size was 104 pupils with hearing impairment from three intact classes. The two experiment groups were engaged in mathematical games; cognitive engagement card and cognitive engagement macula board-seed game while the control group was taught with the use of convention method. The instrument titled Mathematics Operation and Application Performance Test MOAPT with a total of 20 questions, 5 questions from each of the four topics of the lesson was used. ANCOVA statistics was used in testing the research hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The results revealed that pupils engaged in both cognitive engagement card and cognitive engagement macula board-seed games had higher performance scores than the control group. The game methods were found to be the most effective in improving pupils’ performance in mathematics.

The work is a qualitative paper that focused attention on evaluating Rivers State government COVID-19 second lockdown and physical distancing of Diobu area of Port Harcourt. The study was informed by why the flat disregard by the residents of the area for such life-saving health policy to the extent that government isolated the area for another phase of lockdown when it relaxed lockdown in other areas of the state. At the end, the core reason for the people general disobedient is that lockdown contradict the peoples’ age long informal economy business practice which provide them with daily money without savings among other reasons. This finding of this work has significant relevance in other related empirical literatures on lockdown and physical distancing in low income and informal dominated population. Based on this, the work recommend, in case of similar case, more concentration of palliative and cash gift to such highly low income population with daily income as this will remove the worries associated with lockdown which is strange to them.
