The Africa has huge potential resource along their coastline. So if the sea energy may be utilized by us that will bring us huge power resource. The new mechanism may be formed correspondingly in terms of establishing new and renewable energy source. Therefore it shall be planned and proposed new mechanism to fit to. A series of innovative creation is needed to transform it with corresponding mechanism in order to establish complete industrial construction. On the other side the sea green energy owns huge potential so we shall wield them for our green energy. Sea water desalination and tidal power generator has owned these conditions. If we use reasonable the resource we may acquire our destination completely.

The samples of seawaters were collected during winter 2019 and summer 2020 from coasts on Red Sea at Al Hudaydah Governorate to understand the distribution of nutrients and the dynamics of the microbiological component with special reference to bacteria and find out the relationship between phsicochemical characteristics and microbiological components. The samples of nutrients (NO3-, NO2-, PO4-3, SiO4-4) were measured using spectrophotometric techniques (DR 3900, HACH, USA). The variation of the nitrates was lower during summer and higher during winter, due to the high temperature, which increases the photosynthesis process and thus the increased consumption of nitrate by phytoplankton growth. The variation of the NO2 were less in summer and high in winter due to the high temperature, which increases the photosynthesis process. Seasonally, the high levels of phosphate in summer compared to winter because the increase the household water discharges containing high concentrations of soap and detergents. Factors analysis indicates that, the strong positive loadings of PO4, TC. It is clear from the table (2), that the discharged water to the marine environment is characterized by a very high load of organic matter and coliform bacteria, and this is clear from the relationship between BOD and all the parameters.

The new industrial arrangement includes the traditional, high technological and service industries. It can be concluded in that service one is the most competitive, promise and future. The three respects construct the new industrial degree in Africa, therefore we should make a whole plan to it and establish a series of content to consider and make a decision for future. Currently we must emphasize its plan and content in details then after reviews these content should be realized, which is our final destination. Besides, the huge ocean has potential power for us to use so that like tide power generator needs to review and prepare to make a reservoir so as to check whether to realize it. If it is satisfied with test we can fix this engineering to seashore for electricity and heat because it can be rotated same with two sides. Using this device may be available through potential energy of tide water.

The causes of flooding from rainwater and wastewater in Vietnamese cities are usually: inadequate drainage system; the original design did not match; runoff coefficient in drainage basin increases due to change of cover surface; leaking water supply pipe; clogged drains, sediment; damaged drainage works; incidents at pumping stations to drain rainwater and wastewater; due to climate change leading to increased rainfall and irregular urban hydrology, sea-level rise, etc. Therefore, the selection of hydrological and hydraulic models applied in urban drainage is necessary to study and apply scientific and technical advances in the field of drainage including hydrological analysis, network hydraulics drainage and propose effective drainage solutions for new planning and upgrading areas.

Ad-hoc networks are emerging technology, due to their spontaneous nature, are frequently established insecure environments, which makes them vulnerable to attacks. These attacks are launched by participating malicious nodes against different network services. Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector routing (AODV) is a broadly accepted network routing protocol for Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET). Black hole attack is one of the severe security threats in ad-hoc networks which can be easily employed by exploiting vulnerability of on-demand routing protocols such as AODV. In this paper, a review on different existing techniques for detection of pooled or co-operated black hole attacks with their defects is presented.

FIR filters can be designed to have linear phase response and easy to implement. Due to non-recursive nature of FIR filters, they offer significant computational advantages as compared to IIR Filter. In this paper a Gaussian pulse- shaping FIR filter has been designed and influence of its parameter variation has been investigated.

WSN is a distributed network that consists of great amount of sensor nodes and has the capacity of sensing, processing and transmits the partially processed and required data only. Sensor nodes have a tiny size, low cost but along with it the constraints of sensor node is they have limited memory, power source which is irreplaceable so power conservation should primarily focused by sensor network protocols. The proposed model was deals with environmental application where detection of forest fire is analyzed by taking parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed and time using fuzzy logic as by detecting earlier of fire in forest it helps to prevent huge loss of living organism, infrastructure and property. After detection the proposed MSA (Modified Sleep Awake) model work in prolonging lifetime of WSN in forest fire application using selective sleep awake approach. Cloud computing help to overcome the limitation of WSN such as limited storage, processing, power life processing. They exploit the cloud to share and process the sensory data as collected by WSN anytime and anywhere. sensory data collected from different sensors is decomposed to the base station and is transferred to the cloud gateway, as Cloud provides capacity of storage through which internet users communicate with cloud and accessed the data from cloud from anywhere at any time. The resource allocation problem is the major problem for a group of cloud user requests. The scheduling algorithms are termed as NP completeness problems in which FIFO scheduling is used by the master node to distribute resources to the waiting tasks. The problem like fragmentation of resources, low utilization of the resources such as CPU utilization, network throughput, disk I/O rate. To implement the Efficient Enhanced Sleep Awake Scheduling using Fuzzy logic and Neural Network. In this work MATLAB tool box is used and different parameters are calculated with different input values. The proposed result is best as compare to existing work. The cloud computing is the vast area of research. In the future it is implemented with different toolboxes and to resolve the security problems on different cloud areas.
